Silver and Mirror – A luxury new build interior in West London by award winning Quirke McNamara Consultancy
We were commissioned by our client to create a luxury interior in this new build house. The client wanted quite a neutral palette so light ash timber flooring and neutral biscuit carpets were chosen throughout. The games room was an exception where we used dramatic colour and finishes to add a sense of fun to the overall space, which created a perfect chill out room.
In the master bedroom we installed wallpaper and curtains in light brown shades, and bespoke designed a window seat with storage to maximise the views. A mirrored dressing table area softens the room and matches with the other mirrored furniture that we sourced throughout. A luxury crystal chandelier hangs over the bed. The bed itself has a bespoke upholstered bedhead in a soft taupe colour, adding a feminine touch to the room.
In the bathrooms bespoke storage in white lacquer with crystal handles to match the chandeliers, allows for everything to have its own place.
Wallpapers in subtle grey with silver shimmery tones, along with different tones of grey paints create a relaxing luxury interior throughout the house. Crushed velvet blinds and curtains soften the space and are added in different tones of silver and grey.
The living room is designed using crushed velvet fabrics with white lacquer and glass furniture. Shimmer silver wallpapers accent the walls and beautiful crystal chandeliers add to the sense of glamour and luxury in the space. Feature mirrors are hung throughout the house.
Each bedroom has a different feel using subtle greys and browns, as well as black lacquer and leather. The clients wanted to have a high end show home style feel.
In the games room the client wanted to add a sense of fun to the space. We installed a beautiful pool table and painted the accent wall the same colour. We incorporated a textured black wallpaper to complete the black leather bar and stools.
A white leather sofa and white lacquered tables complete the space along with sports themed artworks.
