Ive always admired Zaha Hadids work as
a modernist I totally appreciate her curves and sleek lines
Its a sad loss to Architecture that she is no longer with us.
Her work is so varied from jewellery, lighting, interiors, Architecture,super yachts even shoe design and the trophy for the Brit awards 2017.
She is definatly an inspiration to me and all women working in design as she broke boundries and
challenged old school thinking.
Winning the Stirling prize in 2010 and 2011.
She was born in Iraq in 1950 and started her studies in Maths before
moving to London to study Architecture
She was dubbed the Queen of curves for her design style.
Her practise was the quickest growing British Architectural practise on her death in 2016.
Some of her work such as Fifa world cup stadium 2020 are progressing with her Studio
which is keeping her style and work alive
